Nice to meet you!
With years of experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, I have always valued getting to know people to understand what makes them tick. Throughout my career, whether working in teaching, with vulnerable adults, caring for children with additional needs, or even working with animals, I have developed a love for making a difference and having a positive impact.
Becoming a celebrant is a natural progression of my desire to help people with the important things in their lives, and I would be delighted to play a part in your journey.
My approach for weddings is anything but ordinary; it's infused with a love for vintage style and a great sense of humour. I will add a touch of charm and a dash of laughter to your special day, and I take pride in connecting with people on a personal level making my ceremonies not only beautiful but also deeply meaningful. I understand that every celebration is unique, just like the individuals I work with, and I thrive on getting to know the people I serve.
I have a good-humoured, relaxed, and friendly demeanour, and always look to put everyone at ease throughout the entire process
When working with those who are grieving, I take pride in working alongside them sensitively and compassionately to create a beautiful ceremony. I love to understand the life of the departed loved one, and take time to ensure that the ceremony honours them. I am happy to suggest readings, poems and music, and will always take time to ensure the celebration of their life reflects their story.
I live with my husband, Kevin, and our gorgeous dog Buster in Tunbridge Wells, where we raised our two (now adult!) children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in the countryside (I am a true country bumpkin at heart!), hosting the occasional vintage tea party and artisan market for my friends and clients, always embracing life with a touch of sparkle and a sprinkle of magic!
